Job Title: Learning & Development Executive
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning & Development Executive to join our team. This role will be responsible for coordinating learning and development activities across the hotel, working closely with Department Heads in recruitment, training, and developing employees.
This is a newly created role that is suited to someone who enjoys being actively involved with people, facilitating sessions, and supporting development along with other generalist responsibilities.
* Support the Director of People and Culture to ensure the hotel implements its P&C Strategy
* Support Department Heads in recruitment and assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
* Assist with the induction and orientation of new team members following Resort guidelines where requested.
* Coordinate training sessions and workshops to ensure employees are continually developing their skills.
* Organise employee engagement activities, such as town halls, team-building activities, wellness programs, and recognition initiatives in line with Ennismore requirements.
* Contribute to fostering a culture that aligns with the hotel's values and mission, ensuring all employees feel valued and motivated.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Tertiary qualification in HR, Business, L&D or related discipline (coaching accreditation desirable)
Experience in learning and development, ideally within hotels
Familiarity with digital learning tools or learning management systems
Strong facilitation skills ideally a strong focus on staff engagement is preparable
A collaborative approach, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
