Your new role
* Accurately process supplier invoices and maintain supplier master data.
* Handle customer payments and respond to related enquiries.
* Reconcile daily receipts and banking transactions.
* Manage filing, archiving, and daily email correspondence.
* Maintain and update finance procedures.
* Support the finance team with other tasks as directed.
* Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
What you'll need to succeed
* Previous experience using Technology One.
* Previous experience using SAP would be beneficial.
* Previous experience in Accounts Payable is required.
* Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* A collaborative mindset and willingness to support team goals.
* Previous experience with the Queensland Government would be highly regarded.
What you'll get in return

* Flexible start and finish times between 8:00am-6:00pm once settled.
* Flexible working arrangements of two days WFH once settled.
* Inner South Brisbane location.
* Attractive $50.37 p/h + super.
* Initial assignment starting ASAP until 16th January 2025 with the potential to extend.
