ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a committed Electrotechnology Teacher to foster strong relationships with students, based on mutual trust. Your ability to connect with students and meet the expectations of Wodonga TAFE, the Australian Defence Force, and students will be key to your success. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with Defence organisations, ensuring our curriculum aligns with national priorities. You'll also enjoy ongoing professional development, allowing you to stay ahead of the latest innovations in engineering while supporting students to do the same.
SELECTED DUTIES
* Deliver theory and practical training within the Electrical & Electronics Systems Wing (EESW)
* Establish and maintain a collaborative learning environment, encouraging students to take responsibility for their own learning.
* Empower and challenge each other, our students, and our partners to grow, contribute and make a difference.
* Mentor students throughout their learning journey, both within the classroom and in the field.
ABOUT YOU

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* A Certificate III or Trade qualification in Electronics and Communications.
* Desirable: Current qualification in Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or willingness to undertake.
* Must be an Australian Citizen to be able to gain and maintain a Baseline Security Clearance.
