Collaborating with frontline management teams, you will coach, develop and support manufacturing businesses to achieve health and safety requirements, as well as working on exciting innovation projects to support teams now and into the future.

What Will You Do?
* Support and drive critical risk reviews
* Promote the Health and Safety strategy and deliver advice for sustainable improvement
* Monitor the effectiveness of Health and Safety systems and governance processes to manage risk and legal requirements
* Deliver advice to business leaders, thinking beyond quick fixes, to promote continual improvement in employee engagement and risk management
* Support incident investigations and use learnings to improve controls
* Build health and safety leadership capability within departments
You will bring:
* Qualifications in WHS
* Proven experience in governance over HSE management systems and critical risk controls
* Able to influence and coach stakeholders at all levels of the business
* Able to promote and inspire innovation and change
* Able to work autonomously and balance day-to-day tasks with longer-term strategic projects
