* Enable and embed Organisational Development frameworks and interventions that strengthen leadership capability and build a sustainable, future-ready leadership pipeline.
* Partner closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to understand capability needs and shape practical, relevant development experiences.
* Evaluate and continuously improve leadership initiatives using data-driven insights, participant feedback, and evidence-based methodologies.
* Champion a culture of learning, growth, and accountability, ensuring leadership development initiatives remain aligned with Fortescue's evolving strategy and future capability requirements.
* Contribute to building a strong, future-ready leadership pipeline across the organisation.

* Bachelor's degree or higher in Adult Education, Organisational Development, or a related discipline.
* Strong understanding of adult learning theory, leadership capability frameworks, and behaviour change.
* Proven ability to influence, collaborate, and build trusted relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
* The ability to balance structure and adaptability, knowing when to follow a plan and when to shift based on the room.
* Experience in large, complex organisations, ideally within the resources, energy, or industrial sectors.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal capability, with a focus on credibility, clarity, and engagement at all organisational levels.
