Golf Cart Technician
Allcoast Golf Cars' is seeking a skilled and dedicated Golf Cart Technician to join our team in Hervey Bay, Queensland. This is a part‑time opportunity for individuals passionate about the maintenance and repair of golf carts. As a Golf Cart Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and longevity of our client's golf carts. This will be a mixed role between mobile servicing and the workshop.
What you'll be doing
Perform routine maintenance service and inspections on golf carts, including battery checks, tire rotations, brakes and general troubleshooting.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues in golf carts.
Maintain detailed records of all service and repair work performed.
Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
Collaborate with the team to ensure a high standard of service and customer satisfaction.
Maintain workshop which may include selling and ordering parts for carts.
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience in a mechanical role or golf cart maintenance and repair.
Strong technical skills and knowledge of golf cart systems, including electrical, mechanical, and components.
Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment used in the automotive industry.
Excellent problem‑solving and critical thinking skills.
Customer‑focused attitude and strong communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
An all‑rounder with strong organisational skills.
Relevant qualifications or certifications in automotive or golf cart maintenance.
