About the Role
We're seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical BIM Modeler to join our in-house design team. You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality BIM models and documentation across a range of commercial and infrastructure projects, including healthcare, education, defence, data centers, and high-rise developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain detailed 3D electrical models using Revit and other BIM software
- Coordinate BIM models with internal design teams and external consultants (architectural, structural, mechanical, etc.)
- Generate accurate electrical documentation including layouts, schematics, and schedules
- Ensure all models meet project-specific BIM requirements and company standards
- Support the design and construction teams by providing clear, coordinated outputs
What You'll Bring
- 1+ years of experience in BIM modeling within the building services/electrical industry
- Strong skills in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks (Clash detection experience a plus)
- Understanding of electrical systems in commercial and industrial buildings
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple project deadlines
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
