Key Sales Role Overview
We are a leading wholesale business in the fishing tackle industry, designing testing and importing high performance gear for anglers across Australia and internationally.
* Expand existing B2B wholesale accounts and pursue new sales opportunities.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with retail customers.
* Identify and secure new clients across Australia and internationally.
* Support product launches sales campaigns and promotional activity.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to drive growth.
* Provide valuable feedback to inform product development.
* Represent our brand at trade shows expos and industry events as required.
* Collaborate with internal teams to support brand growth customer satisfaction.
* Contribute to general admin tasks e.g. order entry reporting CRM updates.
* Assist with warehouse operations as needed e.g. picking packing stock handling.
About You
* An experienced angler with strong knowledge of tackle and lures.
* A minimum of 2 years proven sales experience preferably in wholesale retail or outdoor lifestyle sectors.
