Position DescriptionReporting directly into the Financial Controller, you will commence in your role as the key contact for the AP & AR function for one particular business unit for this rapidly growing construction group, as well assisting across the broader financial responsibilities of the business. Your duties will include but not be limited to:
* Generate & manage the customer invoicing process
* End to end AP & AR
* Generate monthly statements
* Management of relationships with customer
* Reconciliations of accounts
* Handle customer queries
* Reporting duties
* Financial reporting and record keeping
* Assist the finance team with ad hoc tasks as required
Ideal CandidateThe successful applicant will have the following attributes:
* Prior experience in a similar role
* Xero accounting experience advantageous but not essential
* Excellent attitude with a keen desire to grow in your role
* Personable nature and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
* Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
* High attention to detail with an ability to prioritise own work
* A positive up beat attitude and excellent time management skills
