About the Role
Reporting to the Construction Manager, you'll support all contract, financial, and procurement functions across multiple projects. You'll help ensure documentation is accurate, risks are managed early, and every project runs smoothly from award to handover.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and administer subcontract and head contract documentation
• Manage tenders, pricing comparisons, and recommendations
• Process variations, EOTs, claims, and contract notices
• Prepare monthly progress claims and support financial reporting
• Maintain procurement schedules and purchase orders
• Coordinate RFIs, drawings, instructions, and project records
• Liaise professionally with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
What You'll Bring
• 3+ years of experience in a Contract Administrator role
• Strong understanding of AS‑based contracts
• Proficiency with construction/project platforms
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• A proactive, solutions‑driven approach and ability to work independently
