About the Role
We’re on the hunt for a go-getter to join us in a broad Office Admin role. You’ll be involved in a bit of everything — from helping customers in our retail store to packing and sending online orders, managing inventory, handling admin tasks in Xero, and scheduling jobs for our workforce.
Day-to-day tasks may include:
* Answering phones to take booking, and schedule in our systems
* Dispatching online and wholesale orders
* Creating invoices and purchase orders in Xero
* Setting up clients, supporting accounts payable/receivable
* Replenishing and ordering stock, cleaning chemicals and supplies
* Responding to customer emails and enquiries
* Maintaining inventory and basic stocktake support
* Use spreadsheets to track / maintain records of jobs
* Liaise with our technicians to follow up admin paperwork and job photos
Who We’re Looking For
We want someone who’s:
* Proactive and eager to learn
* Highly organised, methodical, and great attention to details
* Confident juggling multiple responsibilities
* Friendly, professional and comfortable dealing with customers
* Tech-savvy with good communication and admin skills
* Interested in growing with the business over time
Bonus points if you have:
* Experience with customer service
* Strong Knowledge of MS Excel / Google sheets.
