About the role
You will lead the approved kindergarten program, design and deliver play-based learning that sparks curiosity, and prepare children for school transition. You will collaborate with your team, build strong relationships with families, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
What you bring
- A completed Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
- Ideally, 12+ months of experience as an ECT in Australia, especially in the 3-6 age group
- Confidence in leading educational programs, engaging families, mentoring colleagues, and navigating tricky conversations
- Availability for full-time or part-time hours
