About The Role
You will be the first point of contact for all roles within Business Support and Professional Services. You will manage Temp and Perm roles and recruit roles such as EAs, Office Managers, Administrators, Customer Service and Project Coordinators.
This is a warm desk with a mix of Temp\" and \"Perm roles, designed for someone who loves to stay busy and see their results translate into commission fast.

If you land this role, you’ll be working in a state-of-the-art office designed for both high performance and relaxation. The office features:

* An open-plan office with hydraulic standing desks for your comfort.
* Quiet rooms, breakout areas dedicated to video meetings and focused headhunting calls.
What You’ll Do:
* Managing end-to-end recruitment processes across your specialised portfolio, Professional Services and Business Support
* Writing and managing job advertisements
* Proactively sourcing, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates
* Partnering with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored solutions
* Coordinating interviews, managing offers, and guiding all parties through the hiring journey
What You Bring:
* Experience: 1–5 years of recruitment experience,
* Background: Experience in White Collar Sectors such as Business Support or Professional Services
* You are a master multitasker who thrives on a fast-paced desk environment.
* You are a natural communicator and a genuine people person who builds trust quickly.
* You are excited by AI and eager to use new technologies to stay ahead of the curve.
