We’re hiring for three exciting roles within the same department, and we’re inviting you to our upcoming Assessment Centre, where you’ll be considered for the role that best matches your strengths and aspirations. Available Roles: 1. Student Advisor Be the first point of contact for students throughout their academic journey. This role suits empathetic problem-solvers who love helping others succeed. Key Responsibilities: Support students with enrolment, progression, and academic skills Liaise with university services and IT support Manage student enquiries and maintain accurate records Contribute to retention and engagement initiatives Rotating roster with shifts between 8am - 9pm (i.e. 9am - 5pm, 1pm - 9pm) and some weekend work (penalty rates apply) Ideal Candidate: Excellent customer service and communication skills Experience in student support or administration Tech-savvy and solution-focused Must hold a bachelor degree (in any discipline) 1. Dedicated Student Coach Empower students early in their studies by helping them build motivation, manage time, and overcome challenges. This role is ideal for those with a background in psychology, coaching, or counselling. Key Responsibilities: Provide personalised coaching and support Facilitate webinars and one-on-one sessions Use evidence-based strategies to promote student success Collaborate on student engagement projects Ideal Candidate: Degree in Psychology or related field Coaching or counselling experience Strong interpersonal and reflective skills Why Join OES?
