The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Manager to join a high-performing property management team. This role will see you take ownership of a diverse mixed-use portfolio across Sydney, including large-format retail, commercial, and industrial assets.
You will act as the key point of contact, responsible for the day-to-day management, financial performance, and operational excellence of your portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
* End-to-end property management including lease administration, financial management, and operations
* Manage arrears, rent reviews, and critical lease dates
* Prepare monthly reports with detailed operational and financial analysis
* Develop and manage annual budgets, including outgoings reconciliations
* Oversee contractor and service provider performance, including asset expenditure
* Ensure compliance with all operational, legal, and risk management processes
* Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and clients
* Maintain high presentation standards across all properties within the portfolio
About You
* Valid Real Estate License (essential)
* 3+ years' experience in commercial or retail property management
* Strong understanding of current property legislation
* Intermediate MS Office skills
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of your portfolio
* Strong stakeholder and client management skills
* Current NSW Driver's Licence
