Housekeeping Position
About The Role:
* Distribute linen and replenish amenities to floors
* Assist room attendants as requested and deliver guest requests
* Maintain guest room pantries and ensure all equipment is clean and in working order
* Help answer guest requests and assist where possible
Key Responsibilities:
1. Providing exceptional customer service to guests
2. Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in hotel rooms
3. Working effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals
4. Meeting the requirements of the position through strong organisation and time management skills
Requirements:
* Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
* Positive involvement and interaction with guests and hotel team
* Availability Monday to Sunday on a rotating roster (minimum)
* Good communication skills
* Ability to work an average of 4 days
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Team player with ability to work autonomously
