About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our client on a 12-month temporary assignment, with strong potential to transition into a permanent role.

This is a great opportunity for someone seeking work-life balance, with flexibility on which 3 days you work each week, while still being part of a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

This is not a traditional call Centre role, you'll be supporting dental professionals across Australia and New Zealand, with a strong focus on order processing and returns.

This role has a strong administrative focus, combining customer service with accurate order management. You'll handle a high volume of calls and emails and work across a wide product range, so adaptability and attention to detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders accurately in SAP
* Manage returns, credits, and invoicing
* Handle customer enquiries via phone and email
* Provide product information and resolve issues efficiently
* Maintain accurate customer and order records
* Support internal teams including Sales and Product Specialists
* Assist with faulty product claims and consignment stock

What We're Looking For

* Prior experience within customer service, B2B advantageous
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Professional and polite phone manner
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to take notes and manage multiple tasks
* Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
* Reliable, punctual, and team-focused
