About The Role Receipt accurately on a daily basis in accordance with FSRA and company guidelines.
Ensure receipts are inputted accurately by carefully checking and following current procedures and that all dishonoured cheques from Intermediaries are actioned on the same day of notification by Finance.
Maintain and comply with Group Credit Procedures and document safekeeping.
Ensure the highest level of customer service support is provided to contribute to Allianz Australia's profitability, according to targets set for service levels, policies outside credit terms, timeliness, and cost.
Manage customer refunds in a timely manner in line with agreed service levels and ICA agreements.
