About the Role
We're looking for a passionate and experienced Care Manager to provide clinical and cultural leadership to our care team at Sale Gardens Care Community.

What You’ll Do
Deliver high‑quality, person‑centred clinical care
Lead, coach and empower RNs, ENs & PCAs
Maintain clinical governance and accreditation standards
Build trusted relationships with residents, families & clinicians
Partner with the GM to drive clinical and operational excellence
What You’ll Bring
Current AHPRA RN registration (3+ years)
Strong clinical leadership experience in aged care/healthcare
Knowledge of aged care standards, AN‑ACC & governance
Passion for mentoring and building strong teams
Confident communicator with resilience & a proactive mindset
Willing to complete: medical, police check & NDIS Screening
