**Role Overview**:
This role involves conducting research and analysis of current business structures, advising on strategic planning, and facilitating change across functions such as operations, HR, finance, and customer service. Management Consultants may also support the implementation of new systems, workflows, and processes, while providing coaching to teams to embed long-term improvements.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Analysing and evaluating existing systems, structures, and organisational capabilities
- Identifying gaps and opportunities through continuous improvement and change methodologies
- Advising clients with tailored recommendations to address current-state challenges and enhance performance
- Preparing and presenting proposals to improve workflows, redefine job functions, and support innovation
- Assisting with the rollout and implementation of approved changes
- Supporting the development of strategies, objectives, and plans to optimise customer experience and resource effectiveness
- Coaching and mentoring individuals and teams to build targeted skills and capabilities
**About You**:
- Qualification: Master of Business Administration
- Minimum of one year of experience in management consulting.
- Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in consulting, business analysis, or a related advisory or strategy role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for process improvement and operational efficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Proven experience conducting research, diagnosing organisational challenges, and presenting actionable recommendations
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with multiple projects and competing priorities
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and business analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar is a plus)
