Therapeutic Specialist Opportunity
MacKillop Family Services is seeking a passionate Therapeutic Specialist to join our Therapeutic Residential Care program.
The successful candidate will work alongside a dedicated team to create healing relationships, guide therapeutic planning, and help young people reconnect with their families and communities.
This is an ongoing part-time opportunity based in Warrnambool within our Therapeutic Residential Care program.
The ideal candidate will possess relevant tertiary qualifications, experience in child, adolescent, and family clinical practice, and a thorough understanding of trauma-informed care and practice.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide therapeutic support to young people and their families
* Collaborate with the team to develop and implement therapeutic plans
* Conduct assessments and provide reports as required
Requirements:
* Relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline
* Experience in child, adolescent, and family clinical practice
* Knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal culture and values
* Understanding of trauma-informed care and practice
