This role involves delivering training programs in the automotive industry. The successful candidate will design and deliver engaging and relevant programs that cater to the needs of young people, building confidence and preparing them for further education or employment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement automotive training programs aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
* Deliver flexible and competency-based training that caters to individual learning needs and interests.
* Establish positive relationships with participants to promote attendance and engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:
* A trade qualification as a mechanic with a minimum of 3-5 years post-qualification industry experience.
* Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment - TAE.
* Demonstrated experience in delivering accredited and pre-vocational automotive training to young people.
