Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled Digital Commerce Business Manager to join our team. As a key player in our digital sales revolution, you will drive online sales growth and achieve market share targets by partnering with leading omnichannel retailers and cultivating relationships with emerging on-demand and marketplace customers.
About the Role:
* Support the Head of Com-Ex and Digital in shaping the future for Diageo's digital commerce strategy;
* Lead implementation of the digital commerce strategy for omnichannel accounts, optimizing performance through strategic partnerships;
* Develop and grow emerging digital commerce channels, supporting marketplace national account managers with expertise;
* Drive exceptional digital shelf execution, tracking KPIs and providing optimisation recommendations;
* Manage product content syndication and maintenance, ensuring readiness for digital commerce.
Requirements:
Must possess strong technical skills in digital commerce; over 7 years of experience in the FMCG/liquor industry, with a robust background in digital strategies; demonstrated leadership and customer collaboration skills; proven ability to manage multiple collaborators, including global and regional hubs; successful track record in building digital commerce capabilities across various functions; experience with pure-play platforms is highly valued; previous experience in P&L ownership.
