As Consumer Campaigns and Content Manager, you will lead the development and execution of consumer-focused campaigns and content strategies that deliver impact and engagement.
1. Develop and implement a high-performing team responsible for consumer campaigns, content strategy, and digital engagement, delivering impactful and engaging content across multiple channels.
2. Drive the implementation of ASIC's consumer communication strategy, shaping the future of ASIC's consumer and investor communications and expanding MoneySmart's reach and relevance.
3. Act as a media spokesperson, building strong relationships with key journalists, opinion leaders, and stakeholders to enhance ASIC and MoneySmart's engagement with media on consumer and investor finances.
4. Oversee the creation and optimisation of best-in-class content, ensuring an audience-led, data-driven approach that maximises engagement and effectiveness.
You have extensive experience in communications, public relations, media, marketing or related fields. You bring a deep understanding of digital content creation, SEO, social media marketing and web analytics.
Strong stakeholder management, media relations, and content-first storytelling expertise enable you to influence executives, advise technical experts, and engage with consumer groups effectively.
