Position
We are looking for a casual fitness coach to join our team for 7-10 hours a week.

Our training programs
Group Training - up to 20 people in a session
Small Group Training - intimate group sessions capped at 8 people
Private Training - Intimate training sessions tailored for the individual
Early morning, mid-morning, evening and weekend sessions are all offered on our timetables.
Requirements
Certificates III & IV in Fitness
Current CPR Certification
Current First Aid Certification
Appropriate Insurances
Drivers Licence
Customer service experience
Nice to have
Previous experience coaching groups
Functional training certifications
Sporting background
Responsibilities (with our guidance and development)
Delivering fun, engaging coaching sessions
- both indoors and outdoors
Attending monthly team meetings and professional development meetings
Providing high-quality client experience
Participating in community social gatherings and challenges
Keeping the gym floor clean and presentable after your shift
Basic admin duties
