About The Role
As a D365 F&O Business Analyst, you will play a vital role in optimizing the use of Dynamics 365 across the business. Working closely with stakeholders, you will gather business requirements, translate needs into D365 functionality, and ensure solutions align with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with business stakeholders to understand and document financial and operational requirements.
* Translate business needs into actionable solutions, leveraging your expertise in finance and supply chain processes.
* Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to configure, test, and implement D365 F&O solutions.
* Assist with change management, user training, and post-go-live support to ensure successful adoption.
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance system performance and usability.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
* Strong understanding of finance and/or supply chain processes, including workflow analysis and optimization.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with ability to build strong relationships.
* Experience in process mapping, gap analysis, and documentation, with attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
