The successful candidate will be a strong relational and instructional leader with a proven track record of driving improvement. They will be able to lead by example, motivate and inspire their team, and create a positive and inclusive work environment.
Additionally, they will be able to contribute to the broader strategic leadership of the college, providing guidance and support to other leaders and staff.
