Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Technician located in Perth, WA. The Customer Service Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, providing technical support, and customer service for document imaging machines. Daily tasks include addressing and resolving faults promptly, performing preventative maintenance, and conducting training sessions for customers to ensure optimal machine performance.
