About the Role
Join DBG Beauty as Global Demand Planning Manager, leading the development and execution of a best‐in‐class, consensus‐driven global demand plan across a fast‐paced, high‐growth beauty portfolio. This role plays a critical part in driving forecast accuracy, enabling effective S&OP, and aligning commercial ambitions with operational capability across regions.
Role & Responsibilities
* Own and deliver the global demand forecast across brands, categories, channels, and regions
* Lead the global S&OP demand review, aligning demand with supply, financial, and strategic plans
* Drive forecast accuracy and performance (MAPE, bias, service levels), identifying root causes and implementing improvements
* Partner with commercial, marketing, and finance teams to translate campaigns, promotions, and innovation into actionable demand plans
* Lead and develop demand planning capability across regions, embedding standards, governance, and best practices
* Optimise systems, tools, and data to enhance forecasting models, automation, and continuous improvement
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in demand planning within FMCG or beauty, ideally across global markets
* Strong expertise in forecasting, S&OP processes, and performance metrics (e.g., MAPE, bias)
* Advanced analytical capability with strong Excel and data interpretation skills
* Experience managing large SKU portfolios in complex, omni‐channel environments
* Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders cross‐functionally
* Proactive, commercially minded, and able to operate effectively in fast‐paced, high‐growth environments
