What You'll Do
* Engage walk-in guests promptly and make them feel welcome, opening the conversation.
* Excite, engage, and educate prospective customers and current owners through calls, emails, or text; participate in outbound events to explain Tesla's product offering and answer questions.
* Help maintain a healthy sales pipeline by collecting customer contact information and scheduling/co-piloting test drives for interested individuals.
* Contribute to monthly sales and delivery targets by meeting and exceeding individual KPIs.
* Operate with proficiency in sales and delivery to deliver a strong client experience with minimal guidance.
* Present, sell, and support the delivery and installation of the Tesla ecosystem.
* Provide the highest level of customer service throughout the full sales, delivery, and ownership support cycle.
* Be the primary contact point for all customer interactions during their purchase experience.
* Educate customers on purchase and delivery details from initial contact to delivery day.
* Ensure vehicle readiness for the customer's delivery appointment.
* Conduct comprehensive vehicle orientation tailored to the customer's needs.
* Execute customer trade-ins and related documents on delivery day.
* Conduct Tesla Direct deliveries from Delivery Centres to customer homes when required.
* Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to meet business needs.
What You'll Bring
* Client service experience required
* Positive, enthusiastic, and passionate about changes in the personal transportation industry
* Ability to understand and convey business issues and technical concepts
* Strong sense of teamwork and reliability
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail
* Mastery of Tesla products and services; keep up with EV industry trends and local incentives
* Ability to work evening hours, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment
* Valid driver's license in the country of application with a clean driving history (2-year minimum driving record)
* Ability to obtain appropriate state licensing where applicable
