At Envisage HR Solutions, we're a growing boutique HR consulting firm who genuinely care about people, relationships and doing great work. We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Coordinator to join us on a permanent part-time basis and take ownership of our digital marketing function as we continue to grow.
This role is ideal for a commercially minded marketer who enjoys variety, autonomy and seeing the impact of their work. You'll be trusted to do the work, make decisions and deliver outcomes — this is not an agency-management role.
About the Role
Working closely with our Directors, you'll help shape and deliver our marketing activity across digital channels. You'll manage and improve our website, create and scale content, run campaigns and use insights to continually refine what we do. You'll be part of a high-trust environment where initiative, ownership and follow-through are valued.
What You'll Be Doing
* Coordinating our digital marketing strategy in line with business growth goals
* Managing and improving our website, SEO, and digital channels so they're current, engaging and conversion-focused
* Creating content such as newsletters, thought leadership, service updates and campaigns
* Managing social media and digital campaigns to build visibility and generate quality enquiries
* Tracking performance and using data to continuously improve outcomes
About You
You're a proactive, organised and creative marketer who enjoys applying strategy and execution. You're comfortable working independently, prioritising your workload and taking ownership of outcomes, while still being part of a close-knit team.
You'll bring:
* 2+ years' experience in a marketing or digital marketing role
* Qualifications in Marketing, Communications or a related field is advantageous
* Strong writing skills, passion for brand, and a good eye for detail
* Experience creating and coordinating content for websites and digital campaigns
* Fluent in digital tools, platforms and analytics such as MailChimp and Wordpress
* A warm, professional communication style
Experience in professional services or consulting is a bonus, but not essential.
