Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Campaign Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and growth.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in brand and product marketing, with experience managing full-channel campaigns. They will also possess strong understanding of visual design, creative production, and brand systems.
Responsibilities:
* Develop go-to-market brand campaign plans across digital, social, email, events, and partnership channels
* Craft compelling brand narratives and product stories that differentiate us in the marketplace
* Develop and evolve our brand strategy, including positioning, identity, voice, and messaging architecture
* Provide leadership to the design function via a Brand Lead, while being accountable for the strategic and creative direction of the team
* Manage the planning and execution of brand campaigns that drive awareness, preference, and loyalty
Requirements:
* Proven experience in B2B/B2C marketing across brand, campaigns, and product
* Strong understanding of visual design, creative production, and brand systems
* Experience managing or working closely with creative teams, freelancers, or agencies
* Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with familiarity in tools like Figma, Canva, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and brand performance tracking platforms
