The Role
Your daily to-dos might look like this:
* Lead by example, upholding company values and promoting a positive, collaborative, and inclusive work environment across all teams and markets
* Develop strategies to achieve and exceed retail sales targets, analyse performance data, manage budgets to control costs, and drive P&L success through optimising EBITDA
* Ensure Business Managers consistently deliver a 'Customer First' experience, maintaining high standards of product knowledge through ongoing training
* Provide leadership, line-management, and coaching to Business Managers, conducting regular performance reviews and supporting professional development
* Develop and implement sales strategies, analyse market trends and competitor activities, and create business proposals for new opportunities
* Collaborate with all departments and host stores to ensure smooth operations, maintain stock accuracy, and ensure compliance with company policies
* Work with the Retail Talent team to ensure retail locations are optimally recruited and address recruitment risks and opportunities
* Communicate sales targets and KPIs clearly to store teams while celebrating successes and building engaged teams
Key Performance Indicators
* Exceed sales forecasts and drive year-on-year growth; ensure locations achieve KPIs such as ATV, AUS, Conversion, and Sales per hour
* Drive P&L success by optimising EBITDA through budgeting and cross-functional collaboration
* Maintain stock file accuracy and minimise losses
* Deliver on the 3-Year Plan (3YP) objectives and own retail responsibilities
* Ensure full compliance across the retail portfolio and uphold company processes and policies
* Create commercial, visually inspiring, and operationally effective retail environments
