About the role
SouthWest Cardiovascular are seeking a Medical Receptionist/Secretary to join our team in Busselton.

As the first point of contact for our patients, this vital role will see you responsible for ensuring a positive and efficient experience for all who walk through our doors.

What you'll be doing

Providing warm and friendly reception services, including greeting patients, answering phone calls, and booking appointments

Maintaining accurate patient records and medical files

Assisting with the day-to-day administrative tasks within the practice

Liaising with other healthcare providers and third-party organisations as required

Supporting the clinical team with any additional administrative duties

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a medical reception or medical administrative role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with patients, clinicians, and other stakeholders

Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail to maintain accurate records and schedules

Proficiency in using medical software and technology

A genuine interest in the healthcare industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
