Key Responsibilities
Reception & Communication
* Answering incoming calls from clients, sites, supervisors, and electricians
* Monitoring the work mobile phone and managing priority enquiries
* Managing emails, job requests, quote requests, and portal alerts
* Greeting walk-in visitors and handling mail/deliveries
* Maintaining reception and office presentation
Job Administration
* Creating work orders via email and client portals
* Processing completed job paperwork
* Assisting Accounts with invoice preparation
* Archiving completed and invoiced jobs
General Administration
* Ordering office and kitchen supplies
* Managing PPE, uniforms, and key registers
* Maintaining HSEQ documentation and administrative checklists
* Handling leave forms and payroll data entry
Warehouse & Accounts Support (when required)
* Signing equipment, vehicles, and trailers in/out
* Accepting deliveries (no heavy lifting required)
* Booking vehicle servicing
* Assisting with invoicing during staff absences
