About Our School
All Saints Parish School, established in 1989, serves approximately 620 students in Albany Creek, Eatons Hill and surrounding areas. The school offers a comprehensive Religious Education program and a well‐rounded education that embraces the BCE model of pedagogy.

About The Opportunity
Brisbane Catholic Education invites applications for a School Senior Leadership position to support the Principal in building the religious life of the school, expanding engagement and well‐being of students, and creating a sustainable community that reflects Catholic values and promotes transparency, accountability and compliance.
Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate operational logistics within a large, dynamic school setting.
* Organise and maintain relief staffing schedules, ensuring continuity of learning and timely communication with staff. Oversee daily staffing movements, absences and last‐minute changes with accuracy and efficiency.
* Provide high‐level administrative support to school leadership and staff.
* Apply high‐level IT skills, overseeing school management systems, databases, spreadsheets and digital scheduling tools.
* Remain calm, flexible and solution‐focused in a dynamic environment.
* Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional and collaborative approach.
Qualifications and Experience
* Experience as an Assistant Principal, Assistant Principal – Religious Education, Deputy Principal, Head of Campus, Principal or a senior role providing support and leadership to Catholic schools.
* Experience in teaching and leading the teaching of religious education.
* Relevant contemporary skills and experience, including strategic planning, staff development and fostering a positive school culture.
* Commitment to promoting Catholic values and teachings within the school environment.
* Strong track‐record of implementing innovative teaching practices, curriculum development and improving student outcomes in accordance with AITSL standards.
Eligibility and Safeguarding Requirements
* Eligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment.
* Current registration with Queensland College of Teachers (QCT).
* Requirement to be Catholic (or a faith partner of one of BCE's ecumenical schools).
