**About the Role**
Based in **McLaren Vale**, this hands-on role supports the **Fresh business unit** with a wide range of **marketing coordination, admin and digital tasks**.
You'll work across promotional planning, merchandising, in-store demos, expo coordination, social media content, influencer programs, packaging updates, reporting, and more. It's a role that mixes **organisation, creativity, and multitasking**, ideal for someone who wants to be at the centre of it all.
**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate product sampling, marketing merchandise and expo/event logistics.
- Maintain promotional and advertising trackers, monitor trends, and report to leadership.
- Create content briefs, manage social media scheduling and influencer partnerships.
- Liaise with internal technical team, design and web agencies to maintain packaging artwork and website accuracy.
- Support with SAP entries, purchase orders, invoices, and budget tracking.
- Align marketing activities with sales, supply chain, and NPD teams.
- Prepare visual assets and help coordinate product photography.
- Manage office organisation and day-to-day marketing admin.
- Provide daily support to Head of Innovations, line manager.

**About You**
You're a **hands-on, creative, and organised marketing all-rounder**, ideally with:
- Experience in a **marketing coordination or assistant role**.
- Strong skills in **admin, event planning, and digital content support**.
- Familiarity with **social media platforms, scheduling tools, and Excel**.
- A positive, team-oriented mindset and a **can-do attitude**.
- A relevant degree (In business, marketing, or something similar) is a bonus but not essential.
