Home Care Nurse
We are seeking a part-time Home Care Nurse to provide personal care and support services to clients in their homes.
About the Role:
* Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality personal care and hygiene assistance to clients
* Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
* Foster emotional connections and companionship with clients
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and care provided
Requirements:
* Diploma of Nursing qualification or equivalent
* Current registration with AHPRA or relevant regulatory body
* CURRENT Driver's Licence for travel between client locations
* Flexibility for weekday and weekend shifts, including early mornings and late evenings
