Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time position for a Fashion Brand Manager specializing in Sales and Product Development. Based in Surry Hills, NSW, the role involves overseeing the end-to-end product development process, managing brand portfolios, and working closely with the design and production teams. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying growth opportunities, devising sales strategies, maintaining positive customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective management of sales activities and team collaboration.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in Market Planning and a deep understanding of fashion trends and target markets
* Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management, with experience in setting and achieving sales targets
* Exceptional Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on building long-term client relationships
* Experience managingcritical path from sampling to production and delivery
* Ability tointerpret trends and translate them into commercial ranges
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities
* Organizational and multitasking skills to oversee brand and projects simultaneously
* Experience in the fashion industry, fashion wholesale, or related fields is highly advantageous
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Design, or a related discipline is preferred
Technical Skills
* Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop for CAD drawings
* Microsoft Office Suite
* Experience with range presentations and product costing
* Basic proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is required for creating CAD drawings.
