What You'll Do:
Support the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations
Supervise, train, and motivate junior kitchen staff
Maintain exceptional standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
Assist with menu planning, stock control, and ordering
Take an active role in food preparation and service
Ensure full compliance with food safety and workplace health standards
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Cook
Strong leadership and communication skills
