**About the role**
As a Customer Service Officer, you will engage with our customers at various points in their construction journey and create a strong relationship between the consumer and various Parchem brands.
The business will support those who wish to step into this space with a strong training and on-boarding program at the start of your journey with us.
This is a full-time position and will require you to work rotating shifts within a monthly roster to accommodate the Centre's operational hours which are between 7am and 6pm.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage customer orders and entry deadlines are met
- Recommend products across our brands in line with the consumer's enquiry
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the set timeframes, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Be involved in ongoing training and on-the-job learning
**Skills & Experience**
You'll bring clear and professional communication skills with the ability to communicate with a diverse range of people. As a great team player, you will be able to self-manage and can adapt to changing priorities and situations. Other key skills and experience include:
- Demonstrated experience in customer service
- Highly organized with strong time management
- Ability to be proactive and supportive
- Excellent attention to detail
