About the Role
We are seeking a Service Professional to manage and schedule repair bookings for customers, handle service-related queries, create job cards, and ensure technicians have completed repair order information.
The successful candidate will be responsible for confirming customers or drivers have signed repair orders to authorise repairs and ensuring vehicles are road-tested and acceptable in presentation to present back to customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and schedule repair bookings for customers
* Handle service-related queries from customers
* Create job cards and assist with customer invoicing and purchase orders
* Update customers and rebook appointments for follow-up or repairs
* Ensure technicians have completed repair order information by checking stories, parts, kilometres etc.
* Confirm customers or drivers have signed repair orders to authorise repairs
* Ensure vehicles are road-tested and acceptable in presentation to present back to customers
Requirements
* Experience in a similar Service-focused role or related experience within the automotive industry - administration, invoicing, warranty, or technical backgrounds
* Truck industry experience is advantageous, or similar industry experience with familiarity with repair order systems, invoicing, and scheduling tools
* A passion for providing excellent customer service, proactive nature, and team-focused attitude
* A solid understanding of data entry systems, Word, and Excel
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to think on your feet
