Due to ongoing expansion, we are seeking experienced Agribusiness & Commercial Finance Brokers to join our growing team.
About the role
This is a client-facing broking role working with rural and regional clients across Australia. You will build and manage your own portfolio of agribusiness and commercial clients, supported by Bullagreen's strong brand, referral network and full back-office team.
This is not a volume-driven or call-centre role — it is designed for brokers and lenders who want to build long-term client relationships and grow within a high-quality national platform.
What you'll be doing
· Working directly with farmers, agribusinesses and regional enterprises
· Structuring finance for rural property, working capital, equipment, commercial property and business acquisitions
· Analysing financials, cash flows and business performance
· Preparing and submitting lender applications
· Managing valuations, approvals and settlements
· Supporting clients with ongoing reviews, refinancing and growth strategies
· Working alongside Bullagreen Rural Partners and People & Capability to deliver fully integrated client outcomes
Who we're looking for
This role suits someone with real agribusiness or commercial lending experience, such as:
· Agribusiness or commercial banker
· Rural credit manager or analyst
· Commercial or rural finance broker
You enjoy working with regional clients, building trust-based relationships and solving complex financial problems.
Essential Requirements
· Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (or willing to obtain)
· Eligible to be appointed as a Credit Representative
· Strong understanding of agribusiness and commercial lending
· Ability to interpret financial statements and cash flows
· Strong communication and relationship-building skills
· Willingness to travel regionally as required
