* Handling and Servicing Existing HNI Clients for Advisory/PMS and AIF Products:
* Act as the primary point of contact for high net worth individual (HNI) clients.
* Provide personalized advisory services and wealth management solutions based on clients' financial goals and risk profiles.
* Coordinate with portfolio management services (PMS) and alternative investment fund (AIF) teams to ensure smooth servicing of client accounts.
* Conduct regular portfolio reviews and performance updates for existing clients.
* Lead Generation and Sourcing of New Clients and Accounts:
* Proactively identify potential HNI clients through various channels such as referrals, networking, and market research.
* Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to generate leads and convert them into active accounts.
* Arranging Client Meetings with Fund Managers on Regular Intervals:
* Coordinate and schedule meetings between HNI clients and fund managers for investment discussions and updates.
* Ensure timely communication of investment strategies, market insights, and performance reports to clients.
* Facilitate productive discussions to address client queries and concerns regarding their investments.
* Managing Events with HNI and Ultra HNI Clients with AMC Support:
* Plan and organize exclusive events and seminars for HNI and ultra HNI clients in collaboration with asset management companies (AMCs).
* Reviews of Client Existing Investments on Regular Basis:
* Conduct thorough reviews of clients' existing investments to assess performance, risk exposure, and alignment with financial objectives.
* Support and Servicing to Existing Branches and Sub-brokers:
* Collaborate with branch managers and sub-brokers to address client inquiries, resolve operational issues, and facilitate seamless service delivery.
* Provide training and guidance to branch staff and sub-brokers on product offerings, sales techniques, and client management best practices.
