The Role
You will join our existing team of 5 in a full-time role. It's a fast-paced and busy role within a relaxed work environment.
Responsibilities
* Liaise with clients and be the first point of contact.
* Liaising with third parties in relation to client matters.
* Assist advisers with meeting preparation and diary management.
* Managing the client review process and prepare review documents.
* Complete FDS and fee consents.
* Collating and preparing information for paraplanners to complete SOAs.
* Implementing advice recommendations for clients.
* Initiating, lodging and monitoring client applications, rollovers, investment switches among other transactions.
Attributes
* Previous experience in a similar role within the industry is required.
* Excellent verbal, written and computer skills.
* Good phone manner and comfortable contacting clients.
* Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Mature attitude with the ability to work autonomously within a team.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work to deadlines and adhere to required compliance standards.
* Competent with the use of xplan or similar CRM.
