Wine Tasting Experience Specialist
This is a casual role across weekdays and weekend shifts. The successful candidate will share our wine story and pour our award-winning wines to visitors, providing memorable tasting experiences.
* Greet visitors warmly and deliver exceptional customer service.
* Manage daily operations, maintaining the Cellar Door presentation at the highest standard.
* Answer inquiries, making customers feel truly welcome both in person and over the phone/via email.
* Assist with stock control and inventory management.
* Support the success of our Wine Club program, driving loyalty and engagement.
* Represent us at tastings, industry events, and tourism events (on-site and off-site opportunities).
