The Role
You will manage the day-to-day operations that allow the agent to remain focused on clients, listings and results.
Responsibilities will include:
* Full ownership of the agent's calendar, diary and priorities, ensuring each day runs efficiently and time is protected for high-value activity.
* Coordinating listings, campaigns and end-to-end sales administration, keeping every stage organised, compliant and on track.
* Managing inboxes, follow-ups and task flow, proactively triaging communications and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
* Liaising with marketing providers, suppliers and internal teams, acting as a central point of coordination to maintain momentum and consistency.
* Preparing documentation, reports and presentations, supporting both internal operations and client-facing requirements.
* Maintaining tight timelines and smooth operations, creating structure, order and flow within a fast-paced sales environment.

About You
You are organised, decisive and comfortable working at pace. You enjoy responsibility, take pride in being across the detail, and want a role where your contribution genuinely matters.
You will bring:
* Experience as a Business Manager, Executive Assistant or in a senior operational support role, ideally within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment;
* Exceptional diary, inbox and priority management skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and keep multiple moving parts running smoothly;
* Clear, confident and professional communication, both written and verbal, when liaising with clients, colleagues and stakeholders;
* Strong attention to detail with reliable follow-through, ensuring tasks are completed accurately, on time and to a high standard; and
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset, with the confidence to take initiative, problem-solve independently and add value beyond the brief.
Real estate experience is advantageous, but not essential.
