Our client, a global enterprise technology organisation, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a major integration project within the financial services sector. This role will focus on HCM and payroll system integrations, working closely with both business and technical stakeholders to drive successful delivery. The Role • Engage with stakeholders to gather, define and document business and technical requirements • Work across HCM Cloud and payroll integration initiatives • Analyse current systems and processes, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings across business and technology teams • Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful integration delivery • Translate complex technical concepts into clear business requirements About You • Proven experience as a Business Analyst within enterprise environments • Strong understanding of HCM Cloud integrations • Experience across payroll systems and payroll integration projects • Exposure to Aurion (highly regarded) • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills • Ability to operate across both business and technical teams If you're looking for a fully remote contract role with a high-impact project and strong extension potential, this could be a great opportunity.
