**Position - HR Business Partner Field Operations (Full Time)**

**Location**
- **Based in Sydney with local travel around NSW/ACT**

**About the role**

**The HR Business Partner - Field Operations role is a critical operational role that provides full cycle HR support to Field Operations and plays an important role in our business to help deliver operational and strategic HR initiatives across our multi-site business. As a key member of the HR Field Operations team, you will execute our people initiatives and provide on-the-ground support to employees and leaders in relation to policies & procedures, employee relations, workforce planning, talent acquisition, as well as supporting the wider team with local / national projects.**

**Key Responsibilities**

**You will lead and support numerous initiatives that underpin our HR business strategy including, but not limited to**:

- **Provide hands on support and guidance to employees and leaders in relation to coaching, employee relations, talent management and change management activities.**:

- **Partner, coach and collaborate with our leaders to ensure they are skilled and supported.**:

- **Partner with leaders to manage the annual cyclical events (performance reviews, salary review etc.).**:

- **Partner with Talent Acquisition team to source key talent into our business.**:

- **Gathering, analysing and interpreting HR related data for various reporting (annual leave, labour cost, budget FTE etc.)**:

- **Proactively monitor employee trends to identify opportunities for corrective action.**:

- **Initiate activities to drive positive engagement and improve overall wellbeing, diversity and inclusion within our workforce.**:

- **Supporting the HR team and HR Manager in other generalist activities, as required.**

**About you**
- **Have a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline**:

- **5+ years generalist HR experience (preferably in Retail, Hospitality or Health industry).**:

- **Good understanding of Employee Relations framework and experience in handling Fair Work Commission matters, independently.**:

- **Good commercial understanding of business operations.**:

- **Strong written and verbal communication skills to demonstrate a confident and engaging communication style.**:

- **Demonstrated critical thinking, decision making, and prioritisation skills.**:

- **Ability to travel locally around Sydney and Canberra region (50%), as required.**:

- **Great interpersonal, coaching and influencing skills.**:

- **Demonstrating a true passion for HR!**
