As Product Owner, you will provide clear direction, prioritisation and decision-making to ensure the squad delivers meaningful business outcomes within tight timelines. You will act as the key bridge between senior stakeholders and the delivery team, translating strategy into actionable, prioritised work.
You'll work closely with Designers, Developers, Testers and a Digital Business Analyst to shape product direction, manage trade-offs and maintain delivery momentum.
Responsibilities
* Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment to business objectives and delivery timeframes
* Provide strong product leadership within an Agile squad operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
* Translate strategic goals into clear, prioritised user stories and sprint-ready work
* Lead and actively participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, refinement, reviews, retrospectives)
* Partner closely with UX/UI Designers to drive intuitive, customer-focused product outcomes
* Collaborate with the Digital Business Analyst to ensure requirements are clear and delivery-ready
* Engage confidently with senior stakeholders, managing expectations and communicating risks and trade-offs
* Make timely, outcome-focused decisions to maintain delivery momentum
* Ensure delivered solutions meet quality, usability and customer experience standards
Requirements
* 5+ years' experience as a Product Owner or in a similar digital product leadership role
* Strong track record delivering digital products, particularly native mobile applications
* Proven experience leading Agile squads in high-ambiguity, fast-paced environments
* Hands-on experience managing backlogs in Jira with supporting documentation in Confluence
* Solid understanding of end-to-end digital delivery (front-end, back-end and API integrations)
* Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including senior-level communication
* Strong decision-making ability, balancing customer needs, technical constraints and delivery timelines
